Alberto Binder, abogado penalista especialista en seguridad e integrante del Instituto Latinoamericano de Seguridad y Democracia (ILSED), analizó el decreto de Mauricio Macri que permite la participación de las Fuerzas Armadas en tareas de seguridad interna. Binder explicó que nos debemos un debate profundo sobre lo que queremos hacer con las Fuerzas Armadas, pero que ese debate no se resuelve empujándolas hacia los problemas de seguridad interior. Advirtió que se eligió el peor camino y que con esta medida se agrava la desprofesionalización entre otras cuestiones.
